I am not necessarily into history but his Island is beautiful and so interesting and there really is something for everyone. We even rode in a covered, horse drawn wagon....fun...and boat ride over. Highly suggest you do it.

You can only get here by boat or ferry. The captain is always willing to take pictures with you and may enough allow you to steer! Great tour of the mansion...alot of historical detail in the tour. Kids always enjoy the horse and carriage ride....More
