The Pocahontas courthouse is a working courthouse. While it's a great cut stone building.....there is no organized tours or formal information. The halls are lined with vintage photos and pictures of town within the county. But no really a tourist destination. If you are looking for history check out the historical society less than a mile away.

Had a phone call with a clerk and she was so rude. I don't understand why she is in this job. This is a public office and should be treated with respect.
