Interesting shop with lots of nice things. A nice departure from the antique mall that has mostly junk. It’s worth a visit.

When I was first researching I was looking for a place to go that was a "free thing" to do and because we enjoy looking at antiques I came across the Brick House Antiques. When I saw the name I figured it was just any other place to walk around and say "hey, look at that". Well, I actually enjoyed myself. By passed the second room where the linens were but in the hallway where the books were, there was some very interesting titles. The next room took me back to a time when I was a child and my mom would take me to the Ben Franklin 5 & 10. They were the days. But what really made this nice were the two ladies who ran the Brick Antique House. Their kind gentle way of talking with you and telling you about things is something that you sometimes do not find when you visit antique shops. I happen to see a wonderful xmas ornament (a partridge on a tree branch) and tried to but it. Unfortuately it was part of the xmas décor in the shop and the nice lady told me where I might find it. And she even told me how to get there that was so easy to follow. Don't just take the time to look around but take the time to interact with the lovely ladies of the Brick Antique House.
