It was one of the most amazing things I've done in my whole life! That one gap you have to squeeze through, the blind transition from one side of the rocks to the other is so crazy. It's so high up and feels so precarious, but also safe at the same time. Down climbing also pretty scary on that first... More

Looking for the ultimate outdoor adventure? I highly recommend the Via Ferrata with NROCKS, near Seneca, WV. You will literally touch the sky as you scale up rocks cliffs and cross a suspension bridge between two mountains. No experience required, just an appetite for adventure. No worries, you are harnessed in the entire trip and have two awesome guides with... More

My boyfriend and I discovered the Via Ferrata climb a few months ago and just HAD to do it. Not only was this the perfect amount of challenge, but it was also super fun and filled with beautiful views of our home state. Joe was our guide, and he was awesome. Fun and funny and encouraging and knowledgeable. We will... More

The Via Ferratta was amazing. More of a mental workout for me than a physical one. I am active, but don't regularly work out. I am 42 and completed it with a group of teen age Boy Scouts. I was able to cheer them on and them me. Did hit a semi panic once or twice, but did feel totally... More

We had a fabulous time on the zip line this past weekend. One of our group entered the experience very nervous but Brittany and Kevin were so very patient that she was loving it within a few lines. They were safety aware and at the same time had a wonderful sense of humor, allowing the guys to have a bit... More

Amazing time, our tour guide "Jazzy Johnny" was an amazing and talented guide. We felt safe the entire time. The views were incredible. I will never forget this experience. There is also so much to do in the valley and near Seneca rocks as well. Afterward we ate at the "Front Porch" which had an amazing view of some of... More

This was a wonderful family activity for us with our two teens (15 and 17). We have only one actual climber in the family and it's not Mom and Dad; this was a fabulous way for all of us to be up high looking at the incredible Rock formations together. This got the adrenaline going but didn't feel unnatural. Yeah,... More

My husband and I have been wanting to go ziplining at Nelson Rocks for a few years now and we finally went! It's a beautiful area in West Virginia. The ziplining was so much fun! There is an initial "practice" zipline before you start the "real" ones (going from platform to platform. Standing on the platforms up so high was... More

The views were amazing all throughout the entire trip! At some spots it was scary, but I had a blast. It's much easier than rock climbing because of the pegs in the rocks. Overall it was s fantastic experience!
