In planning an event we walked through the old North & South Halls, through the West Wings, and into the new ballroom. WOW! It is magnificent. The wall coverings and carpet are beautiful. The new tables and chairs are impressive. The backdrop are where we are going to put the stage is a 3 dimensional white wall that can be washed with colored lights. The outer lobby area over looks the Elk River and has various conversation areas and art displays.

If there had been some decency to open the doors and allow customers to visit another restroom we would have been thrilled. A large group of ladies trying to use 5 stalls (some unworking) with 2 sinks is unacceptable however the narrow hallway to the restroom was more so. No paper towels in 1 of 2 dispensers wasn't appreciated.

We attended Chris Stapleton concert. Great Venue. Parking was $3. Compared what we paid on our Nashville visit were shocked. Will Call tickets were easy to pick up. We were happy and watched an artist my husband has wanted to see. We are Steeldriver fans so seeing him solo was a must.
