Took my son to complete his PADI open water. Great facilities and well managed. All staff working hard in a covid secure way and they could not have been more helpful or friendly. From car parking, cafe and tank refill - brilliant experience. Thankyou.

Recently visited Capernwray for the first time with our Dive Club to complete our Advanced Open Water, and we loved it here. So much to see and Look at underwater. We returned last weekend again and can’t wait to come back. Great value for kit hire and entry. Seems very busy at weekends in the car park, but once your in the water no issues. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

I wish you would have said something at the time as we would have appreciated the opportunity to remedy anything which was not right. It is unusual as We use all locally produced Real ingredients not mass produced catering stuff and people usually like our food. Sorry you did not enjoy your visit

Sunny day and busy weekend - car park pretty full . Booking system obviously working well though . Certainly not 150 people trying to get in together as described previously ...maybe 4 ?? Loads of room to swim . Far fewer than the lake district - Windermere - where i loved to go ...full of 1000's of people and inflatable unicorns ... All procedures working well in line with Covid recommendations.... absolute life save for getting active and outside . Thank You.

Most businesses are currently approaching reopening cautiously, really disappointed that the management view of Capernwray seems to be to fill the car park to pretty much capacity and let probably 150 swimmers and divers herd themselves into the rather small water entry space. First time i've physically felt 'unsafe' during the pandemic. Didn't bother with air fill, shop, cafe which I hope had better procedures in place. I also should note the diving and swimming rescue procedures run by the Capernwray staff are beyond EXCEPTIONAL, they've just properly dropped the ball with the covid stuff. Won't be back until it's calmed down

I am sad that you think our procedures are insufficient. So far we have had loads of really positive comments about our set up and this is the only negative so far. We have tried really hard to make things as safe as possible and think that we have achieved this. I hope you will visit again and give us another chance. thanks for the thumbs up on our rescue facility. Carol
