Love going here. It is so peaceful and the kids are safe to run and play. Fishing and swimming available. Sitting by the campfire and listening to the frogs.

Have been to this state park many times. If you are looking for a great place to take the family or just to get away for a nice weekend, this is it. We have tent camped here for a number of years and are now in our 31 year old Minnie Winnie. Campsites vary from full service to primitive. There... More

You'll only drive 25-30mph at most. Once here it's a real nice clean campground. All 275 plus sites are FLAT, smooth level asphalt.... More

We live close to Beech Fork and hike the trails a few times a week. The facilities are clean and camp sites are nicely spaced apart. There are children's play areas. We highly recommend!

We stopped at this park on our trip. It was a beautiful lake surrounded by small mountains. We rented a pontoon boat and rode the lake for a couple hours. Oh my gosh....was so relaxing. We loved it....would love to come back with the grandkids!
