The large patio was perfect for wine tasting on a sunny day! lots of tables and space for social distancing. Kevin was very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our tasting and can't want to come back again!

The tasting room has several different sections and opportunities for pouring of very high quality wines. While we like the wines, we love their names, all plays on books and publishing. Who wouldn't like a wine called Suspense or Conflict? In addition to the reds based on merlot and cabernet sauvignon, they offer white and rose wines. The servers are friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent staff who really understand the wines and are very pleasant! This is one of the older Washington wineries and is often under appreciated. The wines are of excellent quality and are well priced.

Very accommodating wine tastings. We tried a few and bought a bottle of the Cabernet blend. Very friendly servers. I believe wine tastings were $10

We stopped at J. Bookwalter and had a great wine tasting experience. The quality of the wines were exceptional and the server was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We also had the hummus plate as an appetizer which was fabulous.
