We like to stopy by this nice winery with friends. It's a beautiful place, great wines, nice conversations, and so easy to get to from the Clinton/Mukilteo ferry. The people who own Whidbey Island Vinyards are personable, knowlegeable, and you can see they are having...More

A friend and I were excited to visit the winery and do a wine tasting. When we entered the shop there were other guests visiting as well and talking with the staff member. We were never acknowledged or asked what wines we would like to...More

This is a bit off the beaten path but worth the visit to Whidbey Island’s first winery. They have a small tasting room, lovely staff and a beautiful garden with vineyard views.

If you are ever in the Seattle area, this is a must visit winery, that offers more than just tours and a tasting room. The back drop is a French style Chateau, which not only houses the tasting room, but also offers a souvenir gift...More

Deserves a visit for just being the first winery on the island, but also for the award winning wines. Very friendly service. Left with two bottles.

This was my first stop while visiting the island. We were greeted by a very lovely lady who told us so much about her wines, their grapes, their vineyard and the island.

While on Whidbey Island, we visited no less than SIX wineries. What a surprise! Whidbey Island was one of our favorites for many reasons. First, the host and hostess were so much fun and provided us a great education on the local grapes and wine...More

Enjoyed a tasting here this past weekend as the gentleman pouring the tastings had great comments to add about each wine, which doesn't always happen. There is outside seating in the shade, which would be great on a hot day. And the tasting room has...More

We visited this winery within the first year we moved to Seattle and spent a day touring Whidbey Island. They had back then a memorable wine called a Lemberger. Most recently and giving a friends a tour of Whidbey, we visited the winery again. They...More

The island is lovely. Finding a vineyard by happenstance was an extra treat. They have a nice selection and no obligation to buy. It's great just to visit.

Whidbey makes some yummy wines. The ambiance (and the resident cat) are great. And we used their picnic tables for a leisurely wine and cheese and grapes and baguette lunch.
