The state park has great campsites and is well kept up. There are lots of picnic areas for large or small groups. What we enjoyed most was the Horan Wildlife Sanctuary adjacent that had a great trail over a bridge and along the river with...More

There are free places in Wenatchee to access the trail but if you have a discover pass this is a good place to start. It has easy access to the wilderness trails across the river. The wilderness area makes one feel like they aren't in...More

Really nice to have a state park with camping right in the city. Tent sites are $20 and RV sites are $25. You can get a quiet night's sleep right along the Columbia River. The adjacent Horan Natural Area is great birding.

Bike riding or walking are the priority of the day. I am sorry I didn't bring my bike. So the dogs and I walked. Lovely grounds, trails seem to be safe. Close to the main part of town. This is the "apple capitol" of the...More

Wenatchee Confluence State Park is a great place to hang out whether it's camping, picnicking, hiking, or whatever fun one likes to do. It is practically in Wenatchee so you're not going to feel too far away from the city and in nature as much....More

I love to take nature photos... i was lucky to come across a bunch of geese with their babies. This is more of a super big grassy park... On the Columbia River/Wenatchee River the scenery is beautiful.

I really enjoyed the sun while in Wenatchee this past week. The state park was a nice place to relax after my daughter was doing her testing.

We enjoyed getting out and visiting the park - especially after days of driving and being in a hotel (it snowed while we were here). The park is beautiful with lots to do. We ran into MANY others on the trail and it seems quite...More

I have a pass so I haven't used any automated pay station. There was a pilot program for a free pass for Chelan County residents or one can pay the $30 for the annual pass as mentioned above.

No. We have been going there for years and years and have never seen rabbits nor guinea pigs. Many birds to watch, though, including Ospreys.
