Awesome Golf Experience
Aug 2020
Challenging. Not for the faint of heart. The Pro's during the 2015 US Open had a hard time with this one.

Beautiful golf course, great experience. It's a lot of walking, and if you're not a Pierce County resident then I would recommend playing at twilight, it's less than half the price.

If you prefer beautiful scenery to distract you from getting upset about a 5.5 hour round than Chambers if perfect for you. The course marshals are super friendly and but more ineffective than friendly.

Favorite part was how welcome the staff made me and my group feel. The round was long but its a pro course with lengthy walks - the views are worth it. This course had 4 of the best par 3s ever...in 500+ rounds ive never them all be so challenging an picture perfect. I dont care what the weather is like this is a course you HAVE to play if you have a chance. Best value in WA...staff + course + scenery.

Brutal day
Sep 2020
Wow. Super disappointing day at Chambers Bay golf course. 5 and half hour round, $150+ and find my car broken into when I finished. Clubhouse attendant: “ Yeah, that happens a lot.” This is our state’s premier golf course? WTF?

Awesome

What they did with this whole gravel pit is amazing there’s a public golf fourth in the links style but it’s also open to the public with a large meadow and a path that you can access a driftwood covered beach with a spectacular view of the Olympic Mountains and if you’re railfan main north south traces right there. Lots of Friendly dogs on leaches.

Fave place to go
Oct 2019 • Family
I really enjoy going to Chambers to walk and soak up the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Many people walk their dogs there, there is also a dog park. My favorite part is the challenging incline. I like to start at the top by playground and go down hill by road first and come up the wooded switchback trails last. The walk is so exhilarating. I am so proud of my 5 year old niece she can do Chambers like a beast. People are always friendly.
