Incredible park to walk and enjoy. Pond with bridge and ducks. Green grass everywhere. Hundreds of trees with identifiers and info. A mix of gentle and challenging pathways for every kind of walker. And.....what seemed like our own, personal arboretum. Lots of flowers and plants,...More

We spent about 45 minutes walking through the park from the North entrance at the intersection of Yakima and Division Avenues. We walked South along the East side of the park to the Conservatory (Greenhouse) , spent about 10 minutes inside viewing the plants there;...More

Love this park, just not in the summer as it's crawling with childern. Perfect place for a stroll, picnic or photoshoot.

Wright park is a special place for me because my dad used to bring me there as a child, he passed away when I was 11. I really enjoy the conservatory and walked there from Tacoma General Hospital when our relative was hospitalized.

Nice place to relax and let the kids play. Spray park in the summer keeps everyone cool and there are plenty of benches to relax on.

It's really nice to have a large park in downtown Tacoma. Lots of families are there, plus homeless and pot-smokers, so quite a mix of people enjoying the park. I wouldn't recommend walking/running through the park alone, especially at night. The park could be kept...More

This is a huge park bordering the downtown Tacoma district. There is a lot of land to roam and great children’s area. While there we watched a wedding party getting pictures taken.
