a bit smoky

The table games were okay. There was a bit of a problem with some of the patrons' smoking bothering the other patrons and casino staff.

My guy,his Mother, myself, his sister, her husband, and were here in April 2016. My guy and I were here and we gambled on slot machines for 2 hrs. to get our buffet complimentary. My guy's Mom, his sister and husband.met us at the restaurant at 5:30pm PST. Emerald Queen Casino has both Non-Smoking and smoking sections for VLT/slot machine... More

Had a fun time. Lots of table games, craps and machines. Staff was great. Pit bosses did not interact much with players, but consistently distracted dealers with conversations not related at all to the games. Was a bit smoky but there is large no smoking areas. Would like to come back again.

We came to see Tim Allen. We had "VIP" seats, if you call being crammed in narrow rows of kitchen chairs "VIP" in a metal barn filled with smoke and a marginal environment VIP. Even the casino looked wore down and cramped.

Not enough handicapped parking. Too much of the casino is for smokers. 3 hour wait for buffet with nothing vegetarian except white rice. Tight machines and way too crowded.

My wife and I stopped in for a night of gambling fun. This casino is OK if you have no other choices. It has and old feel and look ...not bad, just not anything special and on the edge of looking run down. The blackjack tables were ok as were the slot choices. We are not unhappy we went, but... I have been to casinos across the US, including New Orleans, New York, Washington state and lived in Las Vegas. This is just another with somewhat better entertainment offerings than most - outside of Las Vegas. The gaming areas are typical, the food is pretty typical. Slots are not my idea of entertainment.

My friend and I went to see Lynyrd Skynyrd at the Emerald Queen Casino. The music was wondered but the concert hall area really sucked! They crammed folding chairs into the venue area that were elbow to elbow, and did not stagger the chairs, so everyone was directly behind someone else. I paid extra for seats closer to the stage... The Emerald Queen Casino used to be a good place for entertainment and food. Unfortunately, the Puyallup Tribe has run the place into the ground. The place is dirty and unkempt and smells like an ash-tray. The restrooms are filthy and need a good cleaning. The food quality used to be outstanding, but has plunged to the level of being... More
