About Black Fleet Brewing Taproom & Kitchen
Black Fleet Brewing Taproom & Kitchen is located in Tacoma's pre-prohibition brewery district nestled between Downtown & the (Tacoma) Dome District. Black Fleet's 16 taps pour one (1) locally-made hard cider, three (3) house-crafted sodas, & twelve (12) house-brewed beers; all of the beers are brewed in-house, visible right behind our bar! Pair these delectable craft beverages with something from our Daily Food Menu, featuring pub fare including Fleet Favorites such as Keelhauled Cauli, Overflow Sliders with crispy cheese skirts, & PNW Tacoma Rolls (flour tortillas rolled up around a seasoned smoky salmon & cream cheese mix) served with house-made Dill Tartar. Also find our Brews only at local Tacoma Farmers' Markets such as Pt. Ruston, Downtown, & Proctor!

These guys are our favorite brewery in Tacoma! Kyle and his family brew a variey of beers with love and creativity. We like them so much that we joined the mug club. I'm not saying that everybody should join the club, but if you're cool, you probably already have =). Good variety of food for all tastes and the beers get better every year. Lots of seasonal beers, too!

Met some friends here before a concert at the Dome and was not disappointed. Great choice of different beers and snacks with a fun and friendly atmosphere. Will stop in again the next time we visit Tacoma!

I found this new brewery on the way to 7 seas. My friend and I had a flight of everything they brewed and I will say that their beers are all tasty and have lots of body. They even have a crowler machine which I find is better than having to remember to bring a growler of have to buy another one. I didn't have any food so I can't give a review for that. I will stop by when in the area again.

Tasty beer brewed behind the bar in stainless steel tanks, not a small operation but bar and restaurant are small, very clean, abundance of stainless steel. Bartender was Kyle Maxwell, very friendly and knowledgeable. Along one wall in the dining area are laptop work spots and charging points for customers.

Good solid crafted beers at this newer addition to the craft beer scene in Tacoma. The interior space is welcoming and inviting, very nice ambiance. Nice large windows and garage style door brings in plenty of natural light. They are set on a high hill top so views are nice. Bar top has limited (7) seating and a unique shape. They have table tops and booth seating in the bar area and then a dedicated dining area. Food will come later. When we stopped in they were in a "soft opening" mode but the place ran smoothly. Right now they are still working out the kinks and are in the infancy stage of a formal opening. This place has lot of promise so stay tuned and be patient.
