My wife and I did not make it to the top since she was having a rough day but we did make it close. It is a good trail and is certainly challenging. We did not realize how long it was and neglected to take water. Big mistake, but not disastrous. I would love to do this hike

Okay - so I didn't do the entire Hamilton Mountain hike - so for those of you like myself who want an interesting hike to do before or after the Beacon Rock hike this hike up to Rodney Falls is a great one to do. Park in the first parking lot and head onto Hamilton Trail.
