This lounge is much better than any American Airlines Ambassador Club or United Airlines Club. I have been a top tier flyer on each of these airlines and have been to dozens of their club locations. Alaska has better service, better food, more comfortable seating...More

The Alaska Airline Lounge in the D Concourse is their largest at SeaTac. In the morning, they provide breakast foods and then appropriate food types depending upon the time of day. Free wifi, newspapers and more.

Very nice Alaska staff! The facility itself could use some additional work to compete with other lounges around the world. Merry Christmas!

The lounge offers the services with a simplicity and an efficiency never seen in other places. Seats are not luxurious but clean and sufficiently comfortable. The airplanes are on time and the schedule is always respected.

The Alaska Air room is just , at best, average. The staff is polite and the room clean. However, the food/snacks are marginal. Nothing fancy here, just in general a quiet place to sit.

As is the case with most lounges, particularly Alaska Lounges, it's only slightly better than being in the concourse. This one in particular is small, so it's crowded. The food is comparable to what Alaska serves on its flights: Mediocre snacks, a step below bar...More

This review is for the N Satellite Alaska Lounge. I overheard the receptionist telling another guest that the other lounges are nicer, larger, and have better food options. 🤭 There’s a single toilet for the whole club. The bar is not staffed all the time...More

If your e-mail shows you are in First Class it might get you in, but your ticket will. First Class passengers are allowed in.
