Went camping with friends - beautiful, quiet. There is a playground for kids in the upper camp sites. Bathrooms were clean and close to all sites. Walk to the beach was short. Heard lots of owls at night. It was awesome!

I'm amazed that more people don't camp at Scenic Beach State Park. It has so much going for it: large, roomy sites that are groomed between customers; LOTS of underbrush between sites that lend much privacy; many pull throughs that one can really pull through;...More

This park has it all. You can camp, picnic, run your dog on the beach, etc. It is easily accessible and far enough out to be a nice park experience.

We had an amazing three night camping trip at scenic beach state park. This campsite was quiet, clean, and gorgeous. Sites are spacious (we made sure to book large sites). Bathrooms were clean. The playground was great for little ones. The walk down to the...More

I have never seen a campsite this clean. First off they are huge. the one we were in could probably hold two 50' motor homes. They are all fine gravel that I swear to god is raked all in one direction - like a zen...More

We had 3 tents and 8 people for some major camping fun. Park people really nice too. Facilities in great shape and a playground that is a lot of fun. In the mornings, we would go collect glacial rubble (smooth, round rocks) to bring back...More

I would say yes. I know the park is wheelchair accessible. I can't say for sure, but the vast majority of WA State Parks have some form of handicapped accessiblity and always at least one campsite reserved for handicapped... More
Are there any RV sites with hookups, and what is the time limit to stay?

sorry I took so long to respond, I have been fighting a computer virus. Not to worry, you won't catch it from this computer. As far as I know, none of the sites have hookups. Nor am I sure about the length of time one might... More

Sorry it took so long to answer this: yes, you can buy a DIscover Pass at most if not all WA State Parks. Some even have something like an ATM machine where you stick your credit card in and it prints out the Pass.
