This museum is well done with great information about the history of the area. Gallery 1 has lots of information about the ice age, geography, and animals of the area. The real jewel of this museum, in my opinion, is Gallery 2, which gives information...More

Don’t let the small size of the building fool you – this is an incredibly jampacked experience! The exhibit space had everything carefully laid out on and very well presented, and it gave in very short order the entire history of the area from pre-history...More

This museum is very well done. It adds to the experience of the Reactor B tour and gives information how life was during the project was in operation.

When we arrived we were a bit underwhelmed by the size of this museum, thinking it would be all of a 30 minutes visit. It is surprisingly larger inside than its outside suggests. It took 3 hours to see it all and we could've stayed...More

Not enormously interesting but the prehistorical was fairly well done. I came away from it thinking that it was an okay visit. It was good to have a visual representation of the history of the multiple flows of the Columbia and some artifacts and history...More

Take time to learn from these well planned exhibits and programs. It's more than just a study of Handford Nuclear site, it is also about the local area and ecology.

It is very difficult to gain access to the “Reach”, but this is your next best bet. Nice museum with good well planned exhibits that cover historical, geographic, cultural aspects of the area.

I was there with 2 granddaughters, 2 & 4. There was enough to keep them interested and busy for a bit, but I definitely went through faster than I would without them. Will go back someday when we can take more time. Lots to learn!
