Overall, it was a very good experience. Nature in all her glory was enjoyed by all.
I went on the cruise as a member of a social club. We were 14 of us there. It was really a lovely day, not very hot or cold but pleasant.

A couple of things that I noticed could be improved upon are…

* The waitresses were totally overwhelmed! Too many guests and not enough hands to go around to serve them.

* Our main meal consisted of chicken Alfredo and broccolini as the vegetable. The broccolini was too dry, almost burnt to charcoal! Totally inedible! Not one of our group members could eat any of it! Every plate was returned with the broccolini untouched! We were surprised to see this burnt & dry broccolini even served!

* Please make sure to have a little bigger plates for the breakfast. These tiny plates were so small that we couldn’t take the fruit and the pastry at the same time! No one could put even two pieces of the baked French toast in it if they wished to have two pieces!

These can be changed with VERY little effort or cost but would make this five-hr Cruise much much more enjoyable.

The complete crew/team greeted us all and made us all feel special. Small cruise team all worked well together to serve, clean and make all aboard enjoy the memorable brunch on the river.
Food excellent!! Scotched Egg a must try!!! What a delightful surprise, soft boiled egg wrapped in seasoned sausage, lightly breaded and deep fried to a crispy texture. yummy!!! Every entree (eggs benny and Scotch egg too) served with sliced fried potatoes wedges, crispy bacon,
assorted pastries, fruits plates, on every table, complimentary mimosas for all, coffee, water, full bar

Hard to pin point one favorite, Amazing Service, terrific Food and beautiful surroundings! We took the Thanksgiving dinner cruise and the food was really really yummy. Started off with a pear salad that even my husband loved. Turkey was perfectly cooked, all the sides were tasty and the pumpkin white Russian was the best!

We were celebrating my sister in law's 40th birthday and had a group of 8. We were the last table through the breakfast buffet and multiple items were out or of low quality. For example, the bacon was fatty and uneatable, the breakfast potatoes were gone, I was served the absolute end of the pork which was dry and overcooked. We were also treated very rudely by the buffet staff. After expressing our unhappiness with the situation, the waitress let her manager know. Instead of acknowledging our concerns, he asked what we were up to for the day. It felt dismissive and was poor customer service. Our waitress was awesome and so was the captain of the boat. He was a baddie and parallel parked the boat in a very difficult area because someone had their houseboat in his normal spot. Our waitress was bubbly and made us feel welcome while being super attentive to our drinks. Sorry but if you are servicing a brunch cruise, we want every item and there is no excuse for running out. The boat wasn't even at max capacity.

The food was mediocre at best. There were no open tables on the main deck and seating was cramped. On the upper deck there were several open tables that are much larger and would accommodate an adult party of 4 better than the tiny tables on the main deck that do not.

My biggest complaint is that the boat we went on was NOT the boat that they have posted on their website. It was much MUCH older. This is false advertising and had I known this I would not have never dumped $300 for tickets for 4 adults.

There are lots of places that you can spend $300 on 4 adults and get a much better meal that is not a buffet and is not on an ancient boat.

This is a fun cruise for an evening out with your sweetheart or showing your out of towner friends or family a little bit of life along the Columbia River. You’ll pass under the three bridges and see the confluence where the Yakima River meets the Columbia. The timing of the dinner cruise makes it perfect for snapping great photos of our beautiful tri-cities sunsets.

Food was exceptionally prepared and presented. Boat was clean and the ride was fun. Our only complaint was the cold temperature inside. We were seated next to the kitchen and cold air blew on us the whole time. That really inhibited the enjoyment of the journey. I will not go again unless we have better placement.

I was not sure what to expect, but the staff are amazing people, very attentive to every need you might have. The food was beyond good. We had the chicken, it was very good and the salad was beyond good. This was for our anniversary, so it was a very nice quiet dinner cruise, great music, there were a larger girl birthday party on the main deck, so a bit more noise down there, but not bad at all. The drinks are pricey but who cares when you are having fun, they were delicious! Everyone should try the Shark Attack Drink at least once!!!!! We will do this more often now that we know how it is. Hats off to the great crew! You all made it a wonderful evening.

We really enjoyed our river cruise on Water2Wine Cruises and thought it was a great adventure and fantastic value. We cruised during the pandemic, and I cannot remember now if it was Vaccine only. But given the close proximity of everyone, I think it should be. Everyone did attempt to wear their masks when not seated, but there were a few occasions where passengers going in and outside passed each other before their masks were back on. Besides this, everyone had a great time.
