I went to this park, as it is next to the Hyatt Regency. This park is the total "Family Experience". There is a nice swimming area for small children, with lifeguards, and a playground with new equipment. Both were full of moms with their children...More
Animal control was rude and condescending. He told our family he was almost going to take our golden retriever, who was on a leash, well behaved, and headed to board our boat. The lack of professionalism was unbelievable.

We go there for the Ivar's fish and chip or kid valley burgers but the park is very nice you can watch the boats come and go or the planes taking off or landing at Renton airport or just lay in the grass and enjoy...More
This was one my first date spots with my now fiancé. We love the location. Very good view of the lake. A nice little walk along the water with a view all around.
If you have a family, they have a little beach with lifeguards...More
I went there with a friend on a nice sunny day,and it was enjoyable to walk the path and on the docks. A great place to take pictures, and to just enjoy each others company! One of my favorite places to chi out at!
This is a wonderful large grassy park that has clean restrooms, a dock, swimming area, fishing area, barbecue pits and an Ivars Fish & Chowder and a Kidd's Valley restaurants with ample parking. Watch the bald eagles diving into the lake after fish.
