Went to see the Billy Strings concert. Beautiful fun filled event and venue with great food trucks on site to fill any taste.

It’s not loud enough! Plain and simple. I know throughout the years there have been noise complaints and town halls, etc. This year we have seen Lord Huron and The Head and The Heart. Both concerts were so quiet! Sitting on the horseshoe lawn section, you can hear every conversation, of everyone around you. Mind you, they aren’t yelling, they are talking at a normal volume. That’s right, 100 feet from the stage and people talking, with normal indoor voices, is louder than the performer you just spent a couple hundred dollars to see. They need to get this sorted, because it’s a lovely place to see a concert. If only you could hear it…

I discovered just how big Marymoor is today. I found the RC plane area and the connector trail. I also found the Audubon bird trail which I will have to revisit

One of my favorite things by far is to go to the off-leash dog area and walk along the river, petting dogs as I go. There is also a playground for children, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, plenty of walking trails (not involving off-leash dogs), bike and walking paths, and a field for radio-control airplanes.

If you time your visit right, you can check out the herons coming in to roost at night, and you can visit their tree while they have chicks. Very interesting, but also a little smelly! During blackberry season, you may be lucky enough to find some ripened and still on the bramble, and you can watch the spawning salmon come up the river in the fall.

This is 600 acre park with lots of action going on. Name any sports ground , it is there. Even if you could not name 'Cricket', three Cricket fields are there. But my best part is the dog park. You will never see such a large, fun dog park with river access anywhere in King country or anywhere.

This park is massive! It has ample places to walk around and I think an off leash dog park in there too really pretty place to go.

We are extremely lucky to have a park such as this one. It is an incredible ammenity to the Redmond community and beyons. Bike trails, walking trails, dog park, Lake Sammamish, soccer, baseball, tennis, plane flying, beautiful grounds, concerts, festivals, and I just completed the Wonder Woman 5K. It is our gem!!!

This review is strictly based on concert experiences, since I’ve never been here for any other reason than that. Marymoor shows are usually ones I skip, not because I dislike the venue, but just based on location and proximity of other things around it. Concerts are generally not cheap here, even for lawn/GA tickets, and the set up seems to change, probably based on artist I would assume. The first time I went it was all GA, however this time it was GA on the lawn, and then reserved up front. Getting in and out of the park seemed simple enough, especially because I didn’t drive, however we did not seem to get caught with the rush. Plan on getting there early if you are sitting on the lawn, as it fills up quickly. There are some beer/food vendors, and the lines didn’t seem to crazy long. The bathrooms are small, however they supplement them with port-a-potties. Make sure you check policies of the venue before you go, I saw so many people throwing things away before they got in. The process to get in was probably the longest waiting out of any line while I was there, between people having to throw away stuff and arguing with the security guards it seemed to move slow. The venue itself is nothing special, a stage set up in the middle of a park, but the small touches they put on it are nice. Worth it if you have an artist you really want to see, however if you’re on the fence about a show I would pass.
