We had a wonderful time, but we didn’t anticipate LONG lines to get in at the different entrances. The ranger stations were also fairly crowded. So if you’re planning to road trip around the park, don’t just count the miles and minutes from point A...More

It was absolutely beautiful! The first two days it rained. So we played games until the rain passed. By the third day it was so hot we played in the lake most of the day. I highly recommend exploring the whole loop!

We went on our own so my suggestion to you would be to contact the ranger station by phone. Most of the trails in the area are under two miles but if there are mobility issues I would definitely call in advance.
