Lovely, clean lake surrounded by hills and rainforest. Quinault lodge has canoes and kayaks. The boat tour has a great reputation.

There are a number of hikes near the lake. There is one that goes along the shore of the lake; a couple behind Rain Forest Resort Village; and Quinault Rain Forest Nature Trail.

Had the blackened tuna and it was amazing. The fries were delicious and gluten free! Beautiful setting. Good service. Definitley worth the drive for a really good meal when good restaurants are few and far between.

The water was clear and warm, uncrowded. Wish we could’ve stayed at the lodge there! Eat at salmon house for great views.

We rented a kayak at the lodge and spent the morning paddling around the lake. The lake was so smooth that the paddling was quite easy. Although the scenery is pretty much the same all around the lake, we enjoyed it. People who like more...More
