A small but nice hands on museum for adults and children alike. Wonderful specimens of starfish and marine fish. A nice volunteer answered questions.

It was interesting for my 3 year old granddaughter. She especially liked watching them feed the octopus. It is a very small center so don't plan on staying more than an hour.

Living nearby to two world-class aquariums (Aquarium of the Pacific and the Monterey Bay Aquarium), I can appreciate how hard the Poulsbo Marine Science Center has to work to do what they do on an obviously tiny budget. On our visit, the staff was knowledgeable...More

Nicely laid out exhibit. Very informative of the local history. Not so big that you have to spend a lot of time getting through it.

I like visiting here. It seems they always have something new to see. I particularly like to see the orange octopus they rescued. These animals really do have personality. The volunteers are always knowledgeable and like to share the stories.

This is a donation only visitor site... in the heart of downtown historic poulsbo exhibiting local marine life- run by volunteers. Quaint facility with plenty of on-hands experiences for the kids.
