I've spent many a day at Chetzemoka, either sitting on the benches on the well-manicured lawn, or cruising the nearby beaches at low tide. I thought it was cool that, one day, about 10 swallows kept circling me as as strolled through the area. My...More

This is where we had our wedding in the rain. I was the nicest park that had loads of things to see.

For our December visit, we really enjoyed our stop at this city park with two terrific features. . The views are excellent. Even the bald eagle flying by seemed to enjoy the bluff location. The highlight for me was the horseshoe pit. There are horseshoes...More

This city park is all you could ask for. Beautifully landscaped and maintained. Safe, inviting, with access to the beach. Several families with kids were playing amidst the red cedars. A lovely memory.

Bench swings (a little wet from the morning dew but oh well), picnic tables in great condition, stuff for kids (slide, swings), pretty covered walkway, and beautiful gazebo. Worth the visit.

This park is a hidden jewel in Port Townsend. Grab a picnic, a blanket, and a bottle of wine and plan on spending an afternoon at this gorgeous park.

We visited on a late August afternoon. There were just a few other visitors. I would recommend the City move the historical sign to the entrance of the park instead of its current location hidden under the trees. It may look spectacular in the spring...More
