We were here when snow still covered the mountain and all roads leading into the park. Lovely drive (4 wheel drive) up to the Visitor Center. Great exhibits and helpful rangers. Wish we had time for snow shoes up the trails!

The visitors center was nothing special without anything to see or do other than the short movie. If your short of time missing the visitors center won’t matter but if you’ve got nothing else to do it’s a good time killer

Great place to stop and use the restroom and get a cup of coffee or a quick bite to eat. We brought our four month old and a bunch of family members who live nearby watched her while we hiked up paradise even farther
