It's great they moved to nonsmoking, but their screening protocol is very slow. Waiting outside to go spend money isn't a wise use of time. Their slot odds have been adjusted to the house again-I wonder if their return is now under the 50% mark. Las Vegas slots have a 90% rate of return, and competing Indian gaming casinos offer better slot odds. Just drive down the road to Little Creek.

We have gone to Red Wind for many years as we live in Olympia. It did have good rewards previously, especially for elderly and veterans, but those have been reduced. They used to provide a birthday reward to the buffet, but now if you aren't a big money player that too has disappeared. The menus at the deli and buffet were good, but have been reduced and prices raised. Now, it appears that they no longer have king crab on Friday as they once did. Since the new card system was installed, it appears pay outs are not as good. I know that they are there to take your money, it is a casino. Weekly rewards were once open, but if you even get them they are only good if matched. But greed has set in and regular visitors have had their rewards cut. The weekly rewards games do not have as good payouts and not as much fun. Lucky Eagle while further away appears to have taken the rewards that were once offered by Red Wind and offer them.

Hello Blondy2020,
How are you today?
Thank you for your feedback, it is appreciated.
Our deli menu pricing was updated to a la carte, based on feedback from our guests.
Example: A hamburger and fries are still priced the same as it was before, with the option to now order the items individually to pass the savings on to the guest should they not want the french fries for example.
Our discounts for Seniors and Service Members have never gone away.
In fact, in January, we launched the updated Nifty 50+ for seniors which is available EVERY MONDAY, and we are currently in the process of revamping incentive program for service members and veterans. (updates available shortly.)
Recently, we've restructured our Club Red Rewards to better serve our guests. Most have seen an increase in their rewards. To make sure you are receiving the full benefit, please use your My Club Red Card each time you play.
All of the changes we make are designed to better serve the needs of our guests. I hope that you found this helpful.
We appreciate your feedback and hope to see you again soon. - NRWC

We had a ball. My mother and I have never played at a casino before and we had to get details and instructions from a very friendly floor manager. We had a ball playing the slots!!! I actually won $18.00!!! The staff are friendly. You get free soda all you can drink. We ate at the restaurant inside the casino. Very tasty. They closed the buffet in the casino so this is your only option.

I have gone to the Red Wind Casino for many years. They used to be fun place to meet friend and eat. NOT ANYMORE. They are doing all the giveaways and drawing and have the machines shut down. So disappointed, you just feed the machines and don't even get back enough to play awhile. They have cut the player points in half and have it set up that you have come more days to just get that. Have not sat next to anyone in the last two months that has said they are happy with the casino. Maybe if they backed off on all the drawings and loosened the machines people would be happier. I am looking for another place to play. Red Wind Casino isn't fun anymore. Wouldn't recommend it anyone.

What happened to a place that I’ve been going to for years? I do the same thing, have a drink in the bars where the bartenders are attentive and then gamble on the floor. The last couple visits to the medicine creek deli have been awful. First time, they forget an entire meal. This time we wait for 45 minutes and are then told we can refund you the chowder(it’s a dollar) or you can wait an hour. The manager Ameir was a joke and the staff was apologizing for him. I wish I could say I wasn’t going back, but there are good people working there. The direction that are given by the leadership team is obviously disconnected.

We went there for an evening in 2010, flat lost on all machines $400 in a short time. Lived ten minutes up the road for 15 years but still never went back. No fun going there to just hand it all over with no teasing even.

Lost a total of over $25,000 in a year without a single Jackpot. Was never awarded proper compensation for losing that much. They claim to give a lot of Jackpots but I have noticed it has been the same people getting them. The staff will walk around the Casino and pick the winners before the "random" drawing. I also had a couple conversations with people that are paid to gamble by the this Casino to draw in more business. The Blackjack is terrible. They will immediately switch dealers to initiate a shuffle if players start to win or change to brand new cards which increases the already terrible odds even more in the casinos favor. The food is not that great and drinks are overpriced. I don't recommend. Go to a Casino that has other revenue sources such as a hotel. You'll probably have a better time and get more out of your gamble.

Hello B3194QVderekc,
Hello, I am sorry to hear about your experience. Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent visit. Many of our jackpot winners are not predetermined, all of them are randomly chosen when they do occur. For our drawings, we always adhere to strict guidelines to ensure everyone has an equal opportunity to win in our drawings. We do value feedback from our guests and I have forwarded your information to the appropriate personnel for further review, and hope to see you again soon! ✨ - NRWC

Rewinds use to be one of the best Casinos around but not anymore. Unfortunately, it feels more like a Vegas style casino now. If I wanted that I would go to Vegas. The machines use to let you play for a while before taking your money but now they just take your money and don't give up anything. Not expecting to hit a jackpot but would love to play more than an hour and go through 500 dollars really quick. The bonuses suck if you can even get into one. If you are not playing max bet you can forget it. Played Panther the other day on max bet ($5.00) and got into a bonus with 96 spins (max spins) and all it gave up was $125.00. Like wow. The experience is not worth it anymore and I would not recommend this place to anyone. The environment feels more like a high rollers casino than somewhere to just have fun. Take away all your giveaways (you call the same people all the time anyway) and let people have some fun and enjoy themselves. So disappointed in what this Casino has become. Definitely the worst Casino in the Pacific area of Washington.

I know that life as we know it has changed with COVID-19, but really? Waiting an hour and a half in a line outside with ONE person taking temperatures to let people in is incredibly bad business. People standing in line aren't spending ANY money! There is a second body temperature machine and a hand-held thermometer that aren't even being used. One staff member is standing and watching people walk to the temperature machine and there are 4 additional staff watching the one employee taking temperatures from just inside the door. WOW. I don't think I've ever seen such poor planning or management!

What a real piece of S... Casino. The slots totally suck. I think the so called Covid shut down hurt this place and they are getting there money back. The problem is they are greedy and not letting us have any fun and because of that we won't go back for a long time, may be for good! We really never have much fun there anyway.
