Percival Landing and environs is a welcoming spot in downtown Oly. There is a nice multi-age playground at the southern end. The boardwalk is wide enough for two way pedestrian traffic as well as bikers & rollerbladers. There are a couple of Native American style mini pavilions for protection during very sunny times. The view to the west is the... More

Olympia is great for walking and the Percival Landing walkway is a delight. The good folks in Olympia were really thinking ahead when they built this. The boardwalk is right on the shoreline and provides great views of the bay and a working port. From fourth street in downtown, the path can be followed to the farmer's market which should... More

I really love taking this walk whenever we have visitors in town to show them the waterfront. The art sculptures placed along the walk is a really nice touch. Great restaurants with patio views along the way. Nice place to watch the sunset.

This is a great place to stroll on a sunny day and certainly to bring out of town guests, as it's right on the water at the commercial harbor and entrance to Capitol Lake. The planners put in a lot of clever work, making a public space that's useful for families and groups; we see kids playing, churches meeting, families... More

The boardwalk was nice. The views were good. At the end of the boardwalk was a nice little Farmer's Market selling flowers, local honey and jams and other craft items. A few decent restaurants. This is within walking distance of some cute little shops as well. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this little place, however our four teenage daughters... More

There is so much offered, and everyone should be able to find that delicious food, craft, or site that will pique your mind, body, and spirit. Ample parking is free and easily accessed.

As I was waiting on my restaurant of choice to open for dinner service, I visited this boardwalk and park on the southern end of the Budd Inlet. This small park offers opportunities for picnicking, card/game play under the pavilion, and viewing art sculptures on the promenade along Olympia's waterfront just to name a few. Parking is FREE for at... More

It's just a boardwalk until you add the sculptures, picnic tables and party room, then it's a great community spot for a birthday celebration, fair or agency team building activities. Lots of people walking, biking, taking pix & catching Pokemon. Go visit on a holiday so you don't have to pay for parking.

Walk Percival Landing, eat outside on the Boardwalk at Bud Bay, count the jellyfish in the water, visit Splash art gallery, view the many different art sculptures and you must take your picture with the kissing couple statue.

We have lived in Olympia for nearly 30 years and this is one of our favorite places. On a warm summer evening, there is nothing like strolling down the boardwalk at Percival Landing watching the sunset, the tides ebb and flow, and the Pokemon go devotees and pursue their Pokemon dreams. Life is good!
