We did Denny Creek trail and Franklin Falls trail yesterday.....both easy and beautiful hikes. Very little mud on the trails and since we went on a weekday, the crowds were minimal! Park once to do both trails!

Perfect hike for our kids age 7-14. We went on a cooler day so it wasn't crowded at all. So lush and green and we picked and ate huckleberries on the way up. Loved it.

neat hike, bring your suit and towel in the summer. watch kids near the falls the rocks get slippery. there are places to park along the old highway that don't require a pass. the main parking lot does.
