Our second stay this year. Such a beautiful place to camp. Love the proximity to Spokane but you are still in wilderness and have access to all the trails and the bridge. We will be back over and over again!

A beautiful location and the camogound was super clean with large, level sites. Make sure you hike to and across the swinging bridge where the views of the river are soectacular.

Blessed to live near the park. It's so big there's always a new place to visit. Hike, bike, fish, swim, camp, picnic... to name a few things to do here!

Living across the street from Riverside State Park is great. There's biking, hiking, swimming, fishing, picnicking and all sorts of activities. My wife and I volunteer with the Washington State Parks and Rec. to maintain the park. Come and visit.

Summer trip (1 Replies)
My family are looking for an adventure nature/short hike’s trip this summer. Our family is active with 2 girls, ages 3 (she would be in a backpack) and 7 yrs. old. We are more interested in nature type activities in the Missoula MT-Coeur d alene ID- Spokane WA areas (driving from Bismarck ND). Typically, we like to spend most of the day exploring/car sightseeing, then end the day with a dinner at a brewery type restaurant. Some things I found interesting are Kootani Falls, Route of the...More
