Wonderful campground, well run and very clean. A short walk under the road so very safe for kids. Lovely walks along the beach on a well protected bay. The car parking is right at the beach as well with a huge area for picnics or kite flying. Have Fun!

Spend and wonderful day enjoying a picnic at the park. Did not go into the camping side of the park. My only complaint was the lack of glass for the kids to play on. There may have been glass there at one time by it have been taken over by weeds. Very nice picnic benches and nice beaches.

Bay View State Park is a nice clean park to relax and see the beautiful island scenery. The estuary overlooking Padilla Bay is also a great place to have a picnic and take in all its beauty with a walk.

We really appreciated the hospitality at this state park and felt genuinely welcomed. Our cabin was amazingly clean as well as comfortable, and we enjoyed a lovely view of Padilla Bay. It is great to see a service go the extra mile to make our stay pleasant. Thank you Laurie (senior park attendant)!

We had the best time saying at this park. We rented a cabin for 3 nights. We loved it so much we wanted to stay longer. The park ranger was super awesome and was able to book us for another night with out hassle.

Kinda last minute I decided I wanted to camping but November in Washington can be cool and wet and I didn't want to be miserable. Happened to get a reservation online for the cabin with a toilet and a shower and had a wonderful time! The people we saw were nice and the view was great. The cabin was warm... More

This tiny park has the most friendly staff I've ever met! We phoned directly to see if there were any last-minute camping cancellations since the state reservations site said full, and the head ranger said she'd take a swing through the grounds and see if she could squeeze us in - success! Ranger Dan led a fun "Junior Geologist" program... More

Went to the park for a picnic while in the area. Nice picnic areas, beach combing and dog friendly. We will visit again and recommend to family and friends.

So, I traveled and camped all the way west coast from California to Washington. And that place was worst one. Just one shower works and most water faucets doesn't work so have to go far with bowl to someone else's camping side for water. And then... they covered camping ground with sharp pointed crushed stone gravel.... Kidding me??? and it... More
