Yummy milkshakes

Summertime is the best time for yummy milkshakes made with fresh fruit. The peach is especially yummy. Nice little vegetable market and farm attached.

We were on our way to Burlington, so decided to take the back road and stop at Schuh Farm to see if they still had fresh corn. They did - 4/1.00. There was some kind of Harvest Festival going on so there were MANY people there. Great squash, veggies, pies, desserts, berries, etc...

We always go back to this place. There are so many fun activities for the kids. Most cost "tickets" but they aren't expensive. Petting zoo, a great recycled play area with huge old tires to climb on and through, corn maze, u-pick pumpkin patch, hay ride, bouncy house etc. They also have a wide variety of both decorative and edible... Great people to work with and excellent service. We traditionally get our cucumbers here for pickles and seasonally get fresh berries which are very habit forming. Watch out for the "shortcakes", so good!

Have missed their Stanwood location but made me get to the Mount Vernon location several times this summer. Also went to buy their berries at the Stanwood Farmer's Market. Very nice family operation.

Long time customer for all sorts of fresh veggies, fruit, and plants over the years. One of the particular favorites are the fresh fruit pies. Mmmmmm, Mmmmm good! Not cheap; however if you really want to taste the fruit and not the sugar -- buy here!

While I have not been there recently, I have known the Schuh family for 70 years and I know the quality of their produce/products and the integrity of their work. They are friendly, reliable, responsible and back their "merchandise" fully. They have been a well respected farm family in the Skagit Valley forever. Steve and Susan are people with whom... More
