We like to make regular stops at Schuh Farms. They carry local fruit and vegetables in addition to other interesting things such as pies, jams and delicious salad dressings. I would recommend stopping because of the variety they have to offer. They're also very nice people. On our recent visit we got a great milkshake at the onsite coffee stand.... More

Schuh Farms has a little bit of many things. Ice cream cones with wonderful fresh waffle cones, ice cream shakes, many flavors to choose from, mini pies and cookies. Add in fresh produce, jams and jellies, flowers and garden art, and you have a place to stop. Much of the produce is sold "in season", some is brought in from... More

The farm is on both sides of State Route 536 during pumpkin season with many choices of squash. Nice coffee and ice cream stand with the store. Fun for all ages.

Summertime is the best time for yummy milkshakes made with fresh fruit. The peach is especially yummy. Nice little vegetable market and farm attached.

We were on our way to Burlington, so decided to take the back road and stop at Schuh Farm to see if they still had fresh corn. They did - 4/1.00. There was some kind of Harvest Festival going on so there were MANY people there. Great squash, veggies, pies, desserts, berries, etc...

We always go back to this place. There are so many fun activities for the kids. Most cost "tickets" but they aren't expensive. Petting zoo, a great recycled play area with huge old tires to climb on and through, corn maze, u-pick pumpkin patch, hay ride, bouncy house etc. They also have a wide variety of both decorative and edible... Great people to work with and excellent service. We traditionally get our cucumbers here for pickles and seasonally get fresh berries which are very habit forming. Watch out for the "shortcakes", so good!
