We live in Moses Lake and go camping here at least twice a summer and more if possible. The park is very clean and well maintained, lots of grass and big shade trees Thirty minutes from home, can't be beat.

The place is beautiful, the park is like a 1940s postcard. And then you get nibbled, a lot. Bathe yourself in deet. Site 80 looked like a fishbowl, but it had plenty of room and lots of shade. I might go with site 76 next...More

We camped (with our dog) from Thursday through Sunday in mid June in the rustic (mostly tents) area of the park (site 87 in the "B" section). The park strikes me as a mostly weekend destination, at least from our visit. Arriving on a Thursday,...More

I have been to almost every camping park in the system, and this one is like two parts in one...a fancy grass lawn area and a more natural rustic area... Take your pick and pay as you wish...I would give this park a five star...More

Each circle has 10 RV sites. 1-10 all had full hookups. Nice wide level gravel pads. Lots of room between sites with grass, fire pit, table and trees. Be warned - sourh eastern Washington is generally brown, windy, dusty, lots of sage brush. The nearest...More

Such a beautiful park with easy access. I love being here in the early morning or late afternoon. Great short hiking opportunities.

Sadly, this will be our last visit to ANY Washington State Park. We are snowbirds heading home to Montana and we always enjoy the State Parks here but since my wife follows me in our Jeep we are now being assessed an "extra" vehicle fee...More

This park is peaceful and well situated on a large reservoir with a river running into it and through the north side of the park. The set ups for camping and for boat launching look excellent, although I used nor needed any of that. My...More

Great State Park...arranged nicely so neighbors aren't right on top of you. Well maintained....loved the amount of green grass. The lake this year is really low, lowest I have seen it in a long, long time.

Potholes is one of the nicest parks around. Beautifully maintained and lots of amenities. It takes a discovery pass or a 10 dollar charge to get in and it's a bit out of the way. I think this is a plus. Keeps it more for...More

There are no designated paved biking trails, road riding and gravel trail riding only. The area is pretty flat, close to water, nice hills for mountain biking on south side. DO
