If you are driving from Marblemount on US 20 East, its should take you around one hour to get to the pass (about 52 miles). You will enjoy a spectacular view with a fresh breath of air. But if you are going on the winter or even on late May, the pass will be close due to the road condition,... More

If you want to see the mountains and views you got to get out and walk. Otherwise the stop is only good to use the rest rooms, which were clean and well maintained.

Good views of the area, all with a short walking distance from the parking. If you're starting a trip in the cascade, this is a good first stop to get oriented around and capture the mountains

We were looking for some nice, easy hikes with the kids and this was perfect for them. Some very nice views of the mountains including Liberty Bell. Unfortunately, when we were there, it was hazy due to nearby wildfires.

Best view in the park, in my opinion. Ample parking. There wasn't any running water / flush toilets at this location, but they did have several pit toilets and a number of picnic tables in the shade.

We were so glad that we stopped here for the view. It was a short level walk to the viewpoint but so worth it. Clean chemical toilets and picnic tables.

Beautiful. Worth the drive! Stunning mountains, clean fresh air, and suprisingly few other people. I want to go back again soon!

Make sure you follow the trail to the overlook. It is wonderful. If you have someone who needs a gentle trail take the lower of the two trails (it is a loop) and just go to the first view point. The upper trail is a little tough for some.

The pass is always awesome, with or without snow. The pass was opened a little earlier this year, but there is still quite a bit of snow. It was beautiful.
