About
Washington craft spirits made in the heart of the Long Beach Peninsula. Nestled between rolling farms and the Pacific ocean, is the Adrift Distillery. On this small outcrop of the Washington Coast, we handcraft artisanal, distinctive spirits which tell the story of our home from grain to glass.

Unfriendly

We stopped in here and tasted a couple of different things. Felt like the employee was disinterested. I bought a couple bottles of triticale whiskey and was surprised to still be charged for the tastes, other distillers I've been to in the past either did free tastings or comped them if you made a purchase.

Bad service

Ignored by server once tasting was given. He helped multiple people and ignored us. He was rude to us in front of other customers

Nice stop
Apr 2021
I went by early and the door was open. I wanted to by a bottle of Vodka to take home. Did not do any tasting, they were very helpful and informative on their products. Did make a Cosmo at home and their Vodka is very good, with a clean crisp taste. The Cranberry Liqueur looked very good will try next time

Nice respite from rain, good tasting
Feb 2021 • Solo
Went to Adrift Distillery on a Sunday afternoon with my wife and sister-in-law to escape the rain after going for along walk. I tried several of the options, but enjoyed the cranberry liqueur the most. The aquavit was also very good. Others were ok. A bit pricy though if you purchase some. I did purchase a small bottle of the cranberry since it is a bit unique.

Great Time
Jan 2020
We were headed to the Adrift Hotel for lunch and were surprised to see there is a distillery there on the same property, now. We have a liquor store , so decided to check it out . Giovanni was working the tasting room and was a delight to talk to about all the different liquors they make. We bought two bottles and plan to buy more on our next trip .

Great libations, fun and knowledgeable staff
Aug 2019
We stayed at the Adrift hotel, and what a fun thing to have on the property.

Popped in to taste the spirits. Tastes were $1 each with a little of 4 per person. We tried vodka (smooth), Old Tom gin (aged in whiskey barrels) giving it a mellow flavor, cranberry liquor (so good, nice and tangy), coffee liquor (not too sweet, good coffee flavor), white whiskey (basically moon shine, the nose is strong, the flavor not as much) and the wheat whiskey (nice flavor, and smooth).

They buy all there ingredients in the state. The distillery is small but mighty.

We made a purchase, and they waived all the tasting fees. That was a nice surprise.

Fun place for the adults at the hotel.

Nice distillery

Small tasting area but was really friendly experience. Eight tastes to choose from and each in a fresh glass. Server knowledgeable about the product, process and taste profile. Bought whiskey and gin to savor at home.

A nice little tasting room
Mar 2019 • Friends
We wandered in, after spotting the open sign, to see what Adrift had to offer. It's a small distillary, with a counter for the tasting "room". We were the only guests in, on a Friday afternoon.

Tastes are $1, gratis if you end up buying a bottle of something. We tried the Amaro (a delicious bitters-style apertif, in the Campari family), the gin, the coffee liquor and the cranberry. My friend liked the cranberry enough to get a bottle. I wish I'd picked up a bottle of the Amaro.

Staff were friendly; I'll go back on my next trip to Long Beach.

This is part of the Adrift family of hotels/restaurants. Their sister spot, the Pickled Fish, has some of the best food I've had at the coast.

Particularly Good Variety of Local Craft Liquors
Feb 2019 • Friends
From two varieties of fine gin to aromatic liquors flavored with coffee, cranberry or Amoros, this is a great little distillery for tasting, visiting and purchasing fine liquors. Very friendly and knowledgeable owner operator.

Tantalizing Tastings
Oct 2018 • Couples
This distillery is fairly new, but is already producing some tasty libations. We tasted the vodka and the cranberry liqueur. We bought a bottle of the cranberry liqueur to use over the upcoming holidays. Will be glad when their products are available to purchase online.
