This park was a wonderful surprise, just down the hill, behind all the shops. Beautiful, serene, peaceful, breathtaking! Even in the snow, there were some nice walking areas across the bridge leading onto Blackbird Island area. Would highly recommend any season of the year!

I’ve been to the waterfront park in the summer tubing and it’s often very crowded... the winter was nice, hardly anyone outside because it was so cold! But the water is crystal clear.

We go there every year and we never get tired of this waterfront park. We visited Leavenworth on New year's eve, so you can imagine, parking is a big problem. Luckily, we found an-all day parking right at the waterfront parking down for $10. Considering...More

Close to the center of town but free from the dense crowds of people who were at the Leavenworth Christmas celebrations.

This park is amazing! We were the on a beautiful snowy day! It's crazy that you're basically right on town but a few feet down the trail you feel like you're far in the country! The river views are fabulous!

This park was really accessible, and had a lot of nature to see. We were there in late October, and was able to see a lot of salmon that came back to this area. Very easy walking and have access to the river bed.

Not sure what tree you are asking about, but the holiday lights in Leavenworth burn brightly from the lighting festival in November until well into January.
