There it is! Bright Orange! single span visible from almost all parts of La Conner. There is a park at the East end and there are tribal lands on the West end. It offers a great perspective from down below as water craft transit the channel.

Kind of a fun 15 min hike from beautiful downtown La Conner WA through an uphill park to the rainbow (shape, not its colors) bridge over the Swinomish Channel. Indian Res on the west side, non-res on the east side. Great picture taking views from the bridge. Keep the kids in hand, cars use the bridge. Good place to walk... More

You can get a good look of LaConner from the bridge. It's a very pretty and quaint town. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Nothing special about this bridge, although it does offer a nice view of the waterfront in La Conner. Went over as we headed to Anacortes.

It is nice to say that you have seen the sights from the La Conner Rainbow Bridge, but it is still just a bridge. I woukd visit if it was not out of your way, but it is not worth going out of your way to see. The views of Shelter Bay and La Conner are great, but most bridges... More

Quaint little town with picturesque bridge and waterway. Nice reflection in the water for those photography enthusiasts. You can walk to it or drive to it to capture it in a photo with crab pots too. Walk across it to get images of the town from the bridge.

The Rainbow bridge is a nice walk from the waterfront and gives you great views of the Swinomish Channel, La Conner waterfront retail district as well as part of the Swinomish Reservation.

You must see for yourself. On a sunny day it's especially pretty to look out over the river and town, but even when it's cloudy its worth the trip.

We walked from the new waterfront walkway toward the bridge and found a path (and a park) that takes you right up to the road across the bridge. We've been under the bridge on our boat and it was fun to look up/down the river from the bridge.

It is a scenic bridge crossing high above the Swinomish Channel. You can stop on the west side of the bridge and look over the sights below of the historic La Conner Waterfront to the North and the Shelter Bay Community to the South. It is a good place to take panoramic pictures of the area. But it is, after... More
