This is a most distinguishable architectural bridge over the slough. Great water views and town views from above. If you’re at the water, look south and you can’t miss it with it’s rusty color. And while you’re looking up, you will see other interesting town...More

We have been over the bridge a few times. Go down to the park and enjoy a day picnic. Then go to la Conner and do some shopping at the nice stores. Its well worth the stroll thru town. There is a museum of Skagit...More

While the architecture of the bridge is great, it is no longer rainbow in colour and you can see it best from town. I would not classify this as an attraction, rather just a bridge.

Rainbow Bridge is the number one architectural feature in LaConner. Design and color complement the natural beauty of the area. It functions perfectly to get traffic from one side of the channel to the other.

The Rainbow Bridge offers perfect views of the La Conner waterfronr. One can clearly see how the waterfront is designed.

An attraction? It's just a bridge - albeit an rusting orange one. It's no big deal because you have to cross it to reach Shelter Bay, the local reservation and the bright lights of Anacortes.

It's just a bridge. There's no need to go out of your way. In fact you might pass over it if you are headed to Anacortes. Nice bridge, but not spectacular. If you see if from downtown, that will do.

The Rainbow Bridge is totally worth visiting. The view on the river is magnificent. There's a little park by the river with parking, a playground and little grills. There are shade trees and the town can be viewed from there as well. All you need...More

From any angle, this bridge in an icon that frames so many beautiful views of this quaint town. Built in 1957, this is called deck arch bridge and it connects Fidalgo Island and La Conner, crossing the Swinomish Channel.
