Since the City of Kirkland took over this park, they have really done a good job in renovating it. There are two beach volleyball courts, water toy rentals, a snack shop and nice walking trails around the bay.

i walk here from downtown Kirkland and sometimes go out on one of the docks to enjoy the wildlife. Other times i walk all the way through the north end of the park where there are a lot of interesting facts on various boards and go into the coffee shops in Juanita. It's a lovely
