This is one of my favorite places. The scenery is beautiful, wildlife abundant and quiet despite proximity to a major road. Each season has its own beauty and on this fall day it was amazing. There are benches on the main bridge facing the water...More

It is a great place to see eagles and turtles and Blue Herons. During the summer is when you see all sorts of dragonflies, great for the camera person in you. In the winter it slows down to just waterfowl and maybe a beaver, if...More

There are a few relatively short trails with nice boardwalks to open habitats. There is a long causeway, an old road. Parking is free and there is a public toilet. It does not adjoin Juanita Bay Beach Park - they are quite well separated.

This park is great for a walk. There are small several docks to walk out over Lake Washington, where you can see frogs, turtles, cranes etc. In the past I have also seen duck nests as well as other birds & beavers. It's a nice...More
