This gem of a park features the best beachcombing I have found. A lovely, gravel and sand beach which has shells all the time, beach glass occasionally, and the quiet of a small town beach tucked away from town. I have visited the beach in summer when it is mostly empty on weekdays, autumn and spring when the eagles are soaring overhead and dining at the water's edge, and winter, when the icicles along the shore are too spectacular for words! it has facilities which are far from new, but useful and accessible. Potties, picnic benches and parking- the trifecta for a good place to spend some time communing with nature without having to rough it. Mind the posted warnings about water quality and shellfish, take your picnic and your camera and walk the beach looking for tiny Thais shells and a nice tan. Enjoy!

This would be a really nice beach park if it weren't so 1) tiny and 2) in the middle of absolutely nowhere. Even despite these things, it's still a lovely view and a pretty location, and the parking is, perhaps expectedly, ample.

Rocky beach with some driftwood. Shallow boat ramp which is actually more of a flat spot to back down. Your vehicle will get wet and may get stuck if you have to back in very far. Porta potty Picnic tables and shelter. Small parking lot.

The beach is easy to get to and has a small park associated with it. There is a portable toilet available, a covered area, and a picnic table that is available. The price is free.

This is truly a Community Beach. It is good to walk the Shoreline and experience different washed up logs and etc, There are many good areas to get Clams and other Shellfish but a good portion of the year the area along Admiralty Inlet in in the "RED ZONE" for Clams and Oysters. There are good pieces of driftwood from time to time and there seems to be a lot of Flotsam and Jetsam. The Shelter near the occasionally usable Boat Ramp is very nice with great Picnic Tables and Fire Pit and the Community Has regular Pot-Luck meeting there. It is good to get together with the neighbors and learn what is going on, many of whom provide services to the Community to keep the Eglon Beach clean and pristine.

I come here almost every eve when I'm in the area. AND I never get tired of the ever changing sea scape and wildlife.
Stop by some night and say 'hey'!
