About
The Gesa Carousel of Dreams is a world class presentation of a restored 108 year-old Charles Carmel hand carved wooden carousel. The antique horses were individually restored over a 10 year period with loving care to bring them back to life. The facility is open to the public and located in the middle of Southridge Sports and Events Complex along the Highway 395 in Kennewick, Washington. The multi-million dollar carousel is available for rides and photographs. Smiles, laughter and fun memories are provided at no charge. We have a concession stand available in the facility with traditional fare such as burgers, hotdogs, nachos, pretzels, beverages and candy.

This carousel is a must for kids. I take my eight year old grandson several times a year. He never gets tired of riding the carousel. I understand the restoration process took about ten years. A masterful effort indeed. Rides are inexpensive and they have a small concession stand, too. My grandson gets a kick out of ordering a bag of popcorn to finish the fun.

Was looking forward to seeing this marvel but it was closed due to COVID-19. I had read it was crafted in 1917 and was moved twice before ending up in Kennewick. I could only look through the windows.

My grandson loves to go to this carousel "park". Good clean fun. Lot's of families stream in and out, but no appreciable waiting in line. Simple treats, like popcorn, available for minimal charge. Highly recommend taking kids to this place. Operators practice safety at all times, too!!

Our group of senior citizens had a great time riding the different animals and trying to catch the brass rings! Surprisingly, most of us didn't ride on the benches, but actually climbed on the moving animals and all really loved the ride. In fact we did not stop at just one ride, but rode several times because we had so much fun. So don't think it is just a ride for little kids to enjoy!

Brought our grandkids here in July. First time for us as well. Oldest grandson wasn’t happy about going until we walked in. He had a blast and that’s saying a lot for a 13 year old boy. Glad to have such a quality place to bring them

Lots of fun for children and families. An old-time restored carousel. Snack bar and water pad outside.

Wow. Step back in time to ride a beautifully crafter carousel. My grandson just loved it. Definately a memory maker for families. Clean restrooms, nice consession stand, and reasonable price on ride-tokens. Operators are very safe and ensure all stay put until the carousel comes to a complete stop. Can't ask for a more unique treat.
