As much as you prepare yourself, you turn the corner and see Freedom Tower and stand at the memorial and it takes your breath away. We stayed away from the shopping mall and focused on the memorial. Lines for the museum.

I definitely recommend visiting the World Trade Center Memorial. It’s very impressive. It’s also a emotional experience . When you walk up there is a feeling of sadness, respect, and honor ...much like Pearl Harbor.
you have to remember what you were doing that day and I really do remember very Vividly. It's very remarkable if you are here on 9/11 when the military and police have their honor guards on site for the day.
