Amazing structure. You’re 2 stories up but very safe in an enclosed square spiral staircase. Lots of nature, I got to see a seal playing Keep Away with seagulls. I don’t know a single seagull with a sense of humor. One tried to dive bomb...More

Not much beach when the tide is in. Footbridge over train tracks can be fun. Short walk from one parking lot. Longer walk from the playground. Dog friendly. Good views across the sound from the upper park.

Before I drove to Everett I read about Howarth Park on TripAdvisor. I am happy I did because the views were phenomenal! The park itself is located in a nice neighborhood, and is very responsibly frequented by people and their dogs, families and picnickers.

I love this park. It is so nice at sunset and it is so open that a lot of people can be there but you don't feel to close

I took the long way from the main park down to the beach on a kind of steep trail, but understand there is a quicker way from an upper parking area. It was cool day when I went, so not much traffic on the beach....More

There were none while I visited. Could catch a good view of the Whidbey island and naval station. The grass was muddy and did not look like a well maintained park. Might be good for summer picnics. You could see the train running from the...More
