Nice camping

Camping ground is nice. Lots of lawn and wide open space. We were in spot 21 which was right on the edge of a huge grass hill with nothing, but grass, between us and the river... read more

We stopped to play at Daroga's beach area at the recommendation of a local. Their beach area is fantastic. Although it's pebbles, not sand, it seems twice as wide as Lincoln Rock State Park's beach area, and quite a bit cleaner. The parking lot is really close to the beach area. There are ample picnic benches and shade trees. There... More

Camping ground is nice. Lots of lawn and wide open space. We were in spot 21 which was right on the edge of a huge grass hill with nothing, but grass, between us and the river. There are pay showers and restrooms if you don't have a camper. One note in the evening / night the wind HOWLED! I mean... More

This place is beautiful! We were in spot #33 in the park and walk in area. Let me say it is a walk for sure! From where you park to the camp sits is 1/2 mile. Therefore, every time you make the trip there and back, you've walked a mile. They have these plastic wheelbarrows that you can use to... More

Nice place to walk camp and swimming just spend the day or fish and boat on Columbia River not far from lake chelan or wenatchee.

A nice walk down from the parking roughly .25-.5 miles. They have large rolling Rubbermaid containers for you to easily bring all the items for camping down to the sight in one trip! Beautiful on-the-water camping with decent fishing! Wanting to escape town without going far? This is your place!

The sites are clean and offer great views of the Columbia River. There is a separate picnic and group camping area.

This small park has it all...close. Beautiful views of the Columbia River Valley, GREEN grass, and very nice pull thru sites...some large enough for fairly large rigs. We had room for ours with a toad. The facilities were clean but I've never liked the coin operated showers without temp controls. We would camp here again.

Excellent place, water, sun, great camping area. We had a blast (8 families) in the group area. We spent a day on the beach in the water. we bike, walked around ..... Absolutely great ! Reason for low rating: (only if you are a light sleeper) Park is located next to a busy hill road, you are constantly woken up... More

Visited for the first time just to walk around - it is a beautiful peaceful setting . We saw a lot of campers with families and even at this date in June the place was virtually empty.

Beware, I won't use the word I want to use as it probably isn't appropriate, the "____" want to charge you not only for the Discover Pass to access the park, but want $7 on top of that to launch your boat. The boat dock seems a little short, but the Columbia was low the day we launched here.
