We brought some friends and family to the bothell location for some fun to celebrate a birthday. The front desk staff was over the top nice and accommodating. Nate, Liam and Evan were patient and went above and beyond to meet our party of 11’s needs on a busy Saturday! It was nice to get pre COVID excellent service again! Highly recommend.

What can i say. It's cheaper on insurance having one at your house. My neighbors grandchildren loved it. I used teach young and old . so with being said watching them closely would be smart. I.was a performance Diver in school.

We live nearby in Mill Creek and we decided to try Elevated Sportz since we'd heard about it from fellow parents. I was very impressed.
TRAMPOLINE PARK - There are 4 areas. The first is a set of tramplines mounted normally and some mounted vertically on the walls to help you jump into a giant pit of foam blocks. The second is a wide open trampoline park, the third is a dodge ball trampoline course, and the last is a basketball dunk area.
TODDLER ZONE - They also have a toddler zone that has a ball pit, some swings, a merry-go-round style apparatus, and then a giant, multi-level play area. The multi-level play area is large enough that a 6 foot, 200 pound man can walk/crawl through it without trouble. It has obstacles and slides and all sorts of interactive things to play on and is a lot of fun for toddlers.
OTHER STUFF - I was very impressed with the other features and overall how well done the entire facility is maintained. It is well lit, it has a good snack bar with smoothies and pizza and other snacks, it has some cute picnic tables setup with umbrellas (which are totally unnecessary inside, but it gives it a nice vibe). If you have ever been to nearby Jump Planet, which is dimly lit and not well ventilated, then you will be drastically impressed with Elevated Sportz.
The only issue we had was parking. The parking lot is completely on the other side of the building, which was annoying, but not an issue.
Overall, for less than $10 for a more than an hour of play time, I think it is well worth it.

I had a problem purchasing a picket for my 2 year old for toddler time. Called twice and sent emails to attempt to contact them with no reply. I even added a comment on their facebook page (that was deleted by them/not approved to post). I see reviews about how amazing the experience is for the child, so I am still planning to go to the toddler time scheduled and will post an updated review upon my experience there. I've been a retail manager for 10 years and I feel a little disappointed that they have been lacking in the communication department. I hope it does not reflect their customer service in the facility.

Just got back from taking my nephew to this place. Holy cow, awesome place when you walk in but some employees just followed us every place we went, nephew tries to have fun and get me to play with him so I walk onto the trampoline. Immediately the employee asks if I have a pass, I did not and the guy just told me okay well you can walk along the pads but not jump on the trampoline. Okay whatever I understand he has is job to do but just shortly after that another employee asks if I had a pass I said no but the other guy said it was okay if I just walked along the pads and play with him. She had to stop and think of a response, after a long pause she gives a smug look and says well you can't touch any of the balls then instantly walks off so she does not have to realize that she is being strict as hell and taking any fun away from this place. Seriously I just paid for my nephew to get this pass so he can play for $15 and your going to follow me everywhere I go in this place with eyes on us like hawks. Just seems wrong to have those people following you everywhere you go and stepping on parents feet when they are trying to teach their kids what they did wrong.
Never going back to this place again and I would advise everyone else avoid it as well unless you want to feel uncomfortable and that you have hardly any control to teach your kids while they play. Just going to stick to taking him to Lynnwood pump it up because the employees are much more hands off and only step in when things are possibly going to get out of control. They allow parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents to play with their kids without watching them with a damn eagle eye.

I like to ask you a question: Why should I give out personal information. For my son to jump on indoor trampoline and play games this is not something that I like to do or feel comfortable With The possibility that the same information that you ask will be used for something else without my permission. Your employees set behind the counter not assisting in answering my questions and frankly they just sat there and like as if they don't care whether I go in or not. Do they really need my data birth To ID me know who I am I was willing to pay cash.

Don't take your kids here, its a dump. They are more concerned about collecting money then making it a nice experience for you and your family!

I like taking my children to elevated sports, it’s a fun activity for kids to enjoy while reaping benefits like exercise. For a place that is based solely on jumping there is no smell, so I figure it must be pretty clean. It doesn’t smell like sweat, barf or other bodily odors. The management does a great job keeping this place ship shape. Three thumbs up.

Our kids (now 10 and 4) LOVE Elevated Sports! It's got fun stuff for all ages and our whole family really enjoys any opportunity to go there. We've schedule two birthday parties of our own there, and been to a lot more there as well. The BEST DEAL by far, however, is "Hoppy Hour" from 10am-12:30pm on Monday-Friday. Perhaps use those great prices as a chance to check out this cool place?
