The city has improved the park and the boardwalk over the water to Fairhaven is nice. It helps to have Woods Coffee there too.

Very pretty park with a nice walk along the water. Quiet and peaceful even though there were a number of people wàlking.

A relaxing walk with expansive view of Bellingham Bay and occasional mile long freight train going by. To add to the experience buy a Woods Coffee (or tea) to bring along. Benches along the walkway allow opportunity to enjoy the view of the Bay.

A really nice and scenic walk. We had a 5 year old with us and he loved it too! If you have the time, take the walk.

While visiting the Fairhaven area we went to Boulevard Park several times. It is well used by the community. Lots of walkers, runners, and beach enthusiasts. Perfect place yo take a chair, sit. and enjoy nature.

There is city bus service that goes within one block of the park. The park is also a walkable distance from many neighborhoods on the south side of Bellingham. Any local map will clearly direct one to the park.
