We were driving around Fairhaven and decided to stop by the waterfront since it was such a nice evening. We saw a sign for a sunset sail on the Gato Verde and asked if they still had room. Yes they did! We had chartered this boat several years ago and it was such a great experience. This sunset sail was... More

We booked a subset sail with Gato Verde, and it was one of the highlights of our vacation. Captain Todd was very friendly and a very warm personality. We very much enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our sunset cruise with Captain Todd on the Gato Verde. Our Captain was very knowledgeable and friendly and the boat itself is beautiful. We will definitely sail again next time we are in Bellingham.

I booked this trip for my husband on Father's Day. We had an amazing time and really enjoyed being on the water at sunset. The Captain was very personable and gave us the option to re-schedule due to wind. It was a little choppy at first and then died down soon after so we are glad we didn't but I... More

Someone on the MeetUp "Women Who Sail" recommended Gato Verde to us, and we are very grateful. Todd was an amazingly knowledgeable, friendly, and easy going captain and island guide. The trip he laid out to circumnavigate select islands over our 3 night stay was an excellent mixture of peace & quiet and adventure. His pride in what he's created... More

Looking for a perfect (and affordable) sail experience? Highly recommend! We were welcomed aboard by Captain Todd with a thorough orientation and tips on what wildlife we might encounter. Able to bring drinks, snacks along - but we were way too mesmerized with the scenery to sit back and snack. Recommend to perch up front and take in the Bellingham... More

I cannot say enough positive about this sailing experience. The tours are affordable and reasonably priced for most travelers. The captain is an expert not only as a sailor, but he knows the fauna too. The boat is well kept and easy to move around on. We brought a little picnic. Perhaps nicest, one member of our party was late,... More

My dad was turning 80 and we struggled to find just the perfect gift. Since he used to have his own sail boat, we thought sailing would be a fun activity for our multiple generations while allowing us to visit. Booking a trip was easy with many options to choose from. The boat was clean and spacious for the 5... More
