We wanted to try breweries off the beaten path. This one did not disappoint after a morning of exploring Fairhaven.
The vibe/building structure:
The vibe is laid-back, a bit hip & a bit bohemian. The brewery is essentially outdoor constructed from stacked old shipping containers and awnings. A few fire pits and heaters offer a little warmth on chilly/wet days.
The beer: very tasty! The CDA is one of best I’ve dipped in a long while. Well-done brews.
The counter/tap service: warm, friendly & knowledgeable
No kitchen on site but regular food trucks.
The bathrooms: well-stocked & changing tables available.

One of the most cozy and beachy feeling breweries in town. Great live music and atmosphere both indoors and out. Firepits and foodtrucks too.

This young brewery has grown healthy and strong. Still no wine, but the beer is excellent and food trucks are carefully chosen to offer tasty eats to accompany one's drink. Special events with live music and a good crowd makes this a college town go-to place..

Was curious about a Fairhaven craft brewery, and loved the variety of seating options (backyard patio, frontyard seating, indoor, or rooftop), however, that's where my love ends. When the bartender asked me which beer I wanted, I told him the name, but I was still deciding the size in my head. Before I got a chance to say I wanted a schooner size, he had already poured me a pint. Pretty assumptive to just pour a pint without asking the customer. The same thing happened to my boyfriend. Not impressed, and the beers were just ok, nothing to glow about. Would not return.

We are avid craft brew fans and make a point to check many out every place we go. We were excited about this one given the funky atmosphere and location. However, we were "helped" by a guy that was more interested in hanging out and drinking a beer with his brewmaster buddies and talking about mushrooms than talking to us about the beer. He even made a point to go out of his way to avoid having to wipe off the names on the tasting paddle - wow. Sorry to inconvenience you dude, don't worry, we won't bother sending anyone to interrupt you again! Beer was "meh" overall anyway.

We loved this brewery while visiting the area. Love the outside area with the fire and blankets to stay warm. The beers here are the highlight. We loved all the ones we tried. On certain days there is a food truck outside and or you can order from certain restaurants and have it delivered here since they don't do food service. An idea I loved because we went here many times but could still try the local restaurants. Don't miss this brewery. It was our favorite. Doggies welcome too!

This brewery has found a great location in Fairhaven, and have fashioned a really charming and cozy spot to have a pint or two. They have also put out the effort to become fully involved in the community, hosting events and music.
Unfortunately, I find their beers to be less than enjoyable. Off-flavors are not infrequent, the balance is often off, and even after a few years in business the beers can have that green home-brewed flavor as opposed to the more refined offerings of Bellingham's top breweries.
Fortunately, others seem to enjoy their beers more than I, and they seem to be thriving and filling a real need in Fairhaven.

Killing time while my boy walked the town.
Great beer, plenty of good seating.
Had a lighter pilsner (Rainwater?), super tasty.
Recommend.

Great place with excellent beer. Outdoor seating available with a nice fire pit in the back. It’s a local hang out with street parking only.

Very relaxed local brewery. Staff & people were very friendly. I love the bar. Metal from an old bridge & spots where you hold your beer that keeps it cold.
