Not my cup of tea, but I can see how some might like it. It's not terribly big. I took my girls (2 1/2 and 4) here and they got something out of it but I wouldn't go out of my way.

It is a great place for a walk or stroll. There is a great path around the park, nice and even - no surprises. It's in a residential neighborhood, so it's quiet, and motor vehicles aren't a problem.

This is a very special place for my daughters. They learned animal care for many a summer. One daughter took horsemanship lessons here too.

This is a large park with lots of trails, playground and picnic areas. A big attraction is the animal barns where the kids can see farm animals.

For individuals there is no charge for the park or farm animal areas and events. For groups wanting to have a picnic in the park, the Parks and Community Services Department does charge a fee. Contact them for specifics.
