The park is developed just enough. Can launch you kayak, watch the boats and barges go by, picknik and camp over if you want. Nice day!

There just are not very many public close-in places on the west side of Puget Sound that offer a beach like this one. Although you can "get to the beach" other places on Bainbridge and a few small places in North Kitsap, none offer the...More

Took a quick evening stroll with the family to comb the beach for sea glass before dinner. This seems to be a new hobby we have since moving to Washington. Just walking the beach and looking out into the Sound really helps wash the stress...More

Camp site was nice viewing on the beach. Camp hosts did not welcome us, didn’t seem to even clean up site or bathrooms. Even their camp site was a mess. Beautiful beach.

The first time I went, over 30 yrs ago, I didn't know what a N.W. beach was, but I learned that they are very interesting. Driftwood, no sand just rocks, chilly & breezy, intense, organic smell of sea water and algae...great place! It always changes,...More

This is a beautiful park on Bainbridge Island but our camping experience was terrible. They have expanded availability of hookup sites so the park is now overrun by huge vehicles in small spaces. It also was very poorly supervised on our recent stay. The adjacent...More

My favorite sites are #1 and 2. They are closer to to beach and even though they are open (no real trees) they are out of the traffic and a bit more quiet.

I don’t think they have WiFi. Here is a link to the park website (no mention of WiFi there). Their website can be found at biparks
