Make the trek to the north end of the island if you want uninterrupted views of the Puget Sound from Mt Baker to Mt Rainier (and downtown Seattle in between). It's a great place for the kids to investigate the driftwood filled beach or play on the small playground. Places to camp and bbq are available as well

Thus park is mostly for campers and rv's but a really nice long beach. Mostly a bit rocky, but it was wide and we had a good mile or so of walking before the beach shrunk on us. Fabulous views. Watched Orcas for an hour before we had to leave....more orcas than on our whale watch trip!

Nice campground right on the shores of Puget Sound. We set up our tent in a wooded area up from the beach, but enjoyed time on the beach after dinner. It was a bit of a hike from our campsite to the beach and the host site where we bought firewood. All in all a good place to stay, near... More

Nice park when nice views of the sound. Larger than a lot of other local parks it Also had camping facilities which appeared to be full. So close to Seattle but feels far away.

This is a very picturesque park with a panoramic view across Puget Sound. You can see the Cascades on one side and Mount Rainier the other way. The beachfront is very long and curving. There are usually families exploring the beach and/or just looking out at the great views. You can also camp at the park, Waking up to this... More

A nice park area on the north east coast of Bainbridge Island. Lots of big driftwood that you can walk on top of. There is campground area for tents as well as rv's. Nice place to walk around.

Loved the visit with my family. The park was great for kids to play in the water and sand. Tons of drift wood to play with to make forts.

We stopped by on a tour around the island. The views were stunning and the beach treasures priceless. The setting was so different from the beaches of my northeast upbringing. Taking a spin around the island and checking out the beaches of BI is a must do!

After an enjoyable ferry ride to Bainbridge Island it is a short jaunt to Fay Bainbridge Park. Grab a picnic and a blanket and enjoy some time sitting on some massive sun bleached driftwood logs as you get some awesome views of Mt. Rainier which looks like it is floating to the south. Views of the Cascade Mountain range as... More
