We lost this bridge in the flood of 2015 with no future plans to rebuild as far as I know. Sad loss to our community. Only one bridge left.

This beautiful bridge, built in 1921, washed away as a result of flooding in Patrick County. Very sad day.

You can see 2 of the 5 covered bridges in Virginia within miles of each other. Easy to find and worth a leg stretch to walk around them. Jack's Creek was the other covered bridge.

One of only 8 covered bridges left in Virginia. Always glad to see historic structures being restored and not destroyed.

Out of the way but worth the trip.....picturesque bridge. The countryside is beautiful, roads are good but winding.

It was a fun day. Felt like we were living in a part of history. Had a nice picnic on the grounds. A beautiful piece of history and scenery.
